World Curretns Part 1

The Ocean has wind driven currents, witch is a current produced in a body of water by blowing over the water surface. The heat from the sun is stronger around the equator and weaker around the poles. This sets up a wind pattern with winds moving from the equator to the poles. Thats why weather around the equator is warm and weather around the poles is cold.
